FAT10 Rhodamine
Price: $175.00
FAT10 Rhodamine
Price:
$175
Quantity:
50 μg
Data Sheet:
Stock:
X mg/ml (XμM) in 50mM Hepes pH 7.5, 100mM NaCl. Actual concentration varies with lot number.
MW:
18.5 kDa
Purity:
> 95% by SDS-PAGE FAT10 modified with rhodamine red via primary amine coupling resulting in modification of lysine residues as well as the N-terminus. This labeled FAT10 allows for direct detection spectophotometrically with higher efficiency and sensitivity than with antibodies.
Use & Storage
Use:
Rhodamine FAT10 gives a strong signal in the range of 0.1-1 μM, depending on exact experimental conditions. Optimal fluorescence at pH 8.0 is monitored using Ex570 nm and Em590 nm wavelengths respectively.
Storage:
Store at -80°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Literature
