SUMO2 AMC
Price: $250.00
SUMO2 AMC
Price:
250
Quantity:
50 µg
Data Sheet:
Fluorogenic substrate for SUMO-2 hydrolases based on the carboxy-terminus derivatization of SUMO-2 with 7-amido-4-methylcoumarin (AMC). SUMO-2 AMC is useful for studying SUMO-2 hydrolases (SENPs) when detection sensitivity or continuous monitoring of activity is essential. NOTE: this protein contains an N-terminal HA tag.
Product Information
Stock:
X mg/ml (XμM) in 50 mM Hepes pH 6.5, 200 mM NaCl, 10 % glycerol. Actual concentration will vary with specific Lot #.
MW:
11 kDa
Purity:
> 95% by HPLC Use & Storage
Use:
Substrate concentrations for assay range from 0.1-1 μM. Typical enzyme concentrations for UCH-L3 are 10-100 pM and for Isopeptidase-T are 10-100 nM. Release of AMC fluorescence by UCH enzymes can be monitored using Ex380 nm and Em460 nm wavelengths, respectively.
Storage:
Store at -80°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
