Material Data Sheet
ISG15 Aldehyde
Price: $250.00
ISG15 Aldehyde
Price:
250
Quantity:
50 µg
Data Sheet:
Also known as: ISG15-H
A potent and highly specific inhibitor of ISG15-specific isopeptidases (such as UBP43). This protein blocks the hydrolysis of poly-ISG15 chains on substrate proteins in vitro and thus enhances poly-ISG15 chain accumulation.
Product Information
Stock:
X mg/ml (X7μM) in 50 mM Hepes pH 6.5, 200 mM NaCl, 10 % glycerol. Actual concentration will vary with specific Lot #.
MW:
17 kDa
Purity:
> 95% by HPLC Use & Storage
Use:
Add directly to in vitro assay from the stock solution. Depending on conditions, typical concentrations to fully inhibit ISG15 deconjugating enzymes in vitro are 1-5 μM.
Storage:
Store at -80°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
