Ufm1 Rhodamine
Price: $175.00
Ufm1 Rhodamine
Price:
$175
Quantity:
50 μg
Data Sheet:
Stock:
X mg/ml (X μM) in 50 mM HEPES pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol. Concentration varies by Lot#.
MW:
12.1 kDa
Purity:
> 95% by SDS-PAGE UFM1 modified withrhodamine red via primary amine coupling, resulting in the modification of lysine residues as well as the N-terminus. This labeled UFM1 allows for direct detection spectophotometrically with higher efficiency and sensitivity than with antibodies. This protein contains an N-terminal His6 tag.
Use & Storage
Use:
Rhodamine-UFM1 gives a strong signal in the range of 0.1-1 μM, depending on exact experimental conditions. Optimal fluorescence at pH 8.0 is monitoredusing Ex570 nm and Em590 nm wavelengths respectively.
Storage:
Store at -80°C once reconstituted. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Literature
