Apg8p1 modified with biotin via primary amine coupling resulting in modification of lysine residues as well as the N-terminus. Biotinylated Apg8p1 can be detected using avidin-linked reagents for higher efficiency and detection sensitivity than with antibodies. This protein is Nterminally His6-tagged.
