> 95% by SDS-PAGE UBE2N (Ubc13) forms a heterodimeric complex with Uev1, and is able to assemble K63-linked
poly-ubiquitin chains which have novel regulatory roles. These ubiquitin chains have a role in a
variety of processes such as DNA repair, endocytosis, polysome stability and signal transduction
pathways.
