USP15, His6 tag
Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 15 (USP15) is a specialized cysteine protease with a predicted molecular weight of 112 kDa. USP15 is a member of the peptidase C19 family and the human protein shares 98% amino acid sequence identity with its mouse ortholog. USP15 is a regulator of the TGFβ signaling pathway, where it may promote signaling strength by deubiquitination of SMAD proteins and/or the TGFβR1. Other reported targets of USP15 include histone H2B, NFκBIα, MDM2 and human papillomavirus type 16 E6 protein.

Use & Storage
Reaction conditions will need to be optimized for each specific application. We recommend an initial USP15 concentration of 5-20 nM when using Ubiquitin-AMC or Ubiquitin-Rh110 substrates (U-550, U-555)
Store at -80°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
