Ufm1 reaction buffer contains the optimal formulation for the use in conjugation assays of the ubiquitin-like modifiers Ufm1 (UL-500), to protein substrates in vitro. The conjugation requires the activities of the human Ufm1 E1 activating enzyme (E-319) and the Ufc1 E2 enzyme (E2- 675). This buffer can be used as a supplement to Ufm1 Conjugation Kit (K-500).

Use & Storage

Use: 
Dilute to 1X in final reaction. Once vial is thawed, it is recommended that small single use aliquots are made to limit freeze/thaw cycles that may degrade contents.
Storage: 
Store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
