Pre-coupled Mg-ATP is an ideal energy source for semi-purified conjugation/degradation reactions. Supplied as a pH adjusted solution and will not alter reaction pH. Eliminates the reaction needed to produce usable ATP when MgCl2 and ATP are added separately. The amount provided is sufficient for 10 to 50 reactions depending on conditions.

Use & Storage

Use: 
Typical final concentrations for Mg-ATP range from 500 μM to 2.5 mM depending on requirements. Dilute the stock solution to desired concentration into reaction.
Storage: 
Store at -80°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
