Agarose storage buffer contains the optimal conditions for storage of agarose affinity matrices. It is recommended that this product is used in conjunction with agarose cleaning buffer (B-135) and agarose wash buffer (B-140). This product can also supplement the agarose cleaning and storage kit (SK-10).

Use & Storage

Use: 
Dilute to 1X in distilled H20.
Clean resin with 10 column volumes of 1 X agarose cleaning buffer. Remove cleaning buffer by washing resin with agarose wash buffer (B-140) and store resin at 4°C in agarose storage buffer (B-130).
Storage: 
Store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
