Agarose storage buffer contains the optimal conditions for storage of agarose affinity matrices. It is recommended that this product is used in conjunction with agarose cleaning buffer (B-135) and agarose wash buffer (B-140). This product can also supplement the agarose cleaning and storage kit (SK-10).

Use & Storage

Use: 
Dilute to 1X in distilled H20 and add sodium azide to 0.01% (v/v).
After agarose has been cleaned with agarose cleaning buffer (B-135), and
washed with agarose wash buffer (B-140), store resin at 4°C in 10 column
volumes of 1X agarose storage buffer supplemented with 0.01% (v/v) sodium azide. 
Storage: 
Store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
