Loading buffer for separation and visualization proteins with SDS-PAGE and Western Blot analysis. Sample can be prepared under reducing conditions with the addition of a reducing agent such as β-mercaptoethanol or DTT.

Use & Storage

Use: 
Dilute to 1X in sample. Do not heat prior to loading on gel. For reducing buffer, add 5% (v/v) β-mercaptoethanol or 1mM DTT to 1X loading buffer and sample. Boil sample/loading buffer for 5 min. Do not store buffer with reducing agent, add fresh prior to each use.
Storage: 
Store at room temperature.
