UbcH1/UBE2K/E2-25K Polyclonal Ab
Price: $150.00
UbcH1/UBE2K/E2-25K Polyclonal Ab
Price:
150
Quantity:
200 µL
Data Sheet:
Biochemically, UBE2K (E2-25K) can catalyze the formation of K48-linked ubiquitin chains in
the absence of an E3 ligase. This enzyme has a unique C-terminal UBA domain that plays a
critical role in E1 selectivity and chain synthesis. Recently, UBE2K (or E2-25K or HIP2) has
been shown to bind to the N- terminus of huntington and may play a role in Huntington’s disease.
