Antigen: 
Purified glutathione-S-transferase (GST) from <em>Schistosome japonicum.</em>
For the highly sensitive and specific detection of GST-tagged recombinant proteins in Western blots and ELISAs. In an indirect chemiluminescence system this product is quality tested to detect 10 ng of purified GST-tagged ubiquitin (N-terminal tag).
Storage: 
Store unopened vial at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Aliquot antibody in small volumes prior to freezing.
Specificity: 
Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500 to 1:1000.</p>
