Antigen:
Purified human recombinant ubiquitin. Use & Storage
Use:
Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500 to 1:1500. At a dilution of 1:1000, 10 ng of monomeric ubiquitin can be detected. The antibody cross-reacts with mouse, rat and human ubiquitin, ISG15 and Nedd8, but not SUMO proteins. This reagent is non-functional for immunoprecipitation.
Storage:
Store unopened vial at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Aliquot antibody in small volumes prior to freezing.
